While the announcement is certainly small, as only a few hundred (initially?) will head back to work, it will definitely have a ripple effect upon the suppliers, dealers, etc. in the surrounding areas and elsewhere through the country. Although they'll actually need to stop the bleeding in the sales if they hope to be able to keep these plants open in the long run. For much of the year, sales are down 20-30% YOY.
