Last Sunday, Billy Mays, McKees Rocks native and world famous TV pitchman died at age 50. Early in his career he pitched products at state fairs and home show circuits attracting crowds with his booming voice and genial manner. In the mid 1990’s he was recruited to promote such cleaning products as OxiClean, OrangeGlo, and KaBoom on the TV Home Shopping network…products made famous by May’s boisterous style of salesmanship.
Over the years, have you ever been inclined to try one of the products that Billy Mays pitched on TV?

Nope. I didn't even know who he was when I read it in the news.
Informercials are so irritating I do just the opposite, I refuse to buy ANY of it.
I bought oxiclean but not because he was trying to sell it to me. I bought it cause a friend has suggested it. I only liked it ok, and didn't use it for long.
