Cucumber sandwich

I would add chicken or turkey. The bacon sounds good, too.

I'd add nothing cause I do NOT like cucumbers at all.........oh yuck!  Never have liked them, never will.........I refuse to buy them even for my family......LOL!!!!  I'd much rather have a cheese or lunchmeat sandwich, thanks!

Yummy.  I like my cucumber sandwiches on pita pockets.  Maybe with some tinly slivers of onion.

Sounds good, and looks even better.  I like about any lunchmeat on mine. 

I have never had a cucumber sandwich. I do like tomatoes on white bread with a little mayo and sometimes a slice of cheese.

Oh Carol B, you should try it sometime if you like cucumbers. I like doing the tomatoe thing as well.

We love cuke sandwiches.  We put mustard on them.  Ours are growing now.  Cucumber plants need alot of water to produce.

never tought to add cucumber. i always had tomatoe sandwiches with a slice of american cheese. sounds good. i'll have to try this one

I don't like cucumbers, unless they are pickled. ;)  I don't like mayo, vinegar, or much salt either. lol

I am not sure I would add cheese but it is surprising how good cucumbers and mayo taste together.
