I just finished a text book "Truck drivers guide to health" which can be seen on lulu.com.
While it is written for truck drivers it is also for other who do not care to or prehaps do not have time to diet and exercise. Secondly dieting and exercise alone will not help a person be healthy. It may for a time allow you to maintain a weight but in time that will go away. I found after about a year of research that being healthy in this day and age has nothing to do with flat abs. Also with a lot of people diets don't work; I found out that there can be hundreds of underlining physical conditions to account for that, and wrote an over view so to speak of them, along with solutions from a number of disciplines.
This first edition has 180 pages, and I am already working on the second edition. One tv talk show in the Boston area has voiced an interest in promoting the book, so I may have produced something good this time.
