This week has been rather stressful for me. One of the activities I do to relieve my stress levels is to search for 4-leafed clovers. Today I ventured outside despite the threatening rain clouds.
Benta was inside my car taking a catnap. She woke when I called her name. Before she could jump out of the car I snapped her picture.

Benta joins me at the first patch of clovers.

A few minutes later, Lotus joined in on the fun.

Oh how they love to roll in the gravel on the road and bask in the sun....yes, it did finally come out for a short time today!
Benta took off after a snake that slithered in the grass. The patch of clovers she found it in was quite lovely. (Note to self: stay clear of that patch!)

Can You Spot the 4-Leafed Clovers?

Here are the ones I found in the photos from above!

That is so cool. Pretty cat. Now you will have good luck.
That sounds like a relaxing activity. Your cats are adorable.
I've only found one four leaf clover in my life.
Me too!
what a great activity for the outdoors
I never seem to find them anymore.....used to have better luck when I was younger. You did well!
That is so cool. I never have luck finding those.
wonderful photos!
You gotta be kidding. My brain is anti-fourleaf clovers.
I never seem to be able to find the four leaf clovers.
I have one pressed and put into one of my favorite book in my hope chest,,,,,,
for some reason I cant remember the name of the book yet there is only a couple of them in there
I'm not very good at finding four-leaf clovers but I wish you luck. It does sound like a relaxing hobby. Maybe I'll try it.
That is something my mom has always done, she like you will find a lot of them everytime.Beautiful pet children!!
Hey I found them, after you showed me lol
yes, after you pointed them out! LOL
Nice kitties!
A cool cat and nature... just the things to relax.
Elegy for Heidi
What a wonderful way to spend time in nature. And the pretty kitties seem to enjoy the trip as well. I would love to say I have found a four leaf clover, but in all my searches as a child, I don't remember every finding one. Maybe I'll have to plan a time to try again. Thanks for sharing and peace.
You should try again. It really can be relaxing. I get so focused that I forget what worries I have.
I've found maybe one four leaf clover in my lifetime and that was in childhood.
Your cats are so precious!
Cute kitty pix! They love rolling in the sun. We used to look for 4 leaf clovers for hours. I suspect today's kids would want an electronic clover-finder, not wanting to spend too much time outdoors.
Now that would be quite an invention! When my kids were young they would often join me in the search. It is difficult to get my grandkids to sit still for more than 5 minutes. The would become bored very quickly if they went with me on a search.
I see the same thing. It is kind of a disturbing trend, isn't it?
When I was a small boy, hunting four-leaf clover with my Mother and little brother was a good way to spend a long summer afternoon. We always came home with a bunch of 'em.
nice pics. I remember looking for four-leaf clovers as a kid. Haven't done that in a while
Oooh, cool. ;)
