My Other Life
Presume the addiction of melodies
Narrow as can be,
You're deeply moved inside
The walls of your own conscience detained by your last breath
A cold mistress
Lay underneath the foggy illusion
Perhaps the kiss of a good night
Should wait for the hand of the light
Forcing them back where they came from, shadows pretending to be your friend
Forever a ferocious aphrodisiac
Crawl outside the belly of the beast
A fist full of tears
Fast to conquer
The undeniable rendition of love
A silk voice perish
Along the windfall with a colossal echo
Passing through a sleepless
Flight of albatross penetrating
The glass of peace standing
At the edge of a moonlight

I really like this a great deal. There is fantastic imagery such as "The glass of peace standing/At the edge of a moonlight" and "The undeniable rendition of love" seems an appropriately epic description of our best emotion. Thanks for sharing with The Poet's Circle.
Thank You Jason
God Bless You
Sounds like this other life consumes the person.
