I allowed my daughter take the camera and snap some pictures. She was able to take some pictures of these wiggly crawling creatures. They were all over the yard. My daughter has no problem picking these. While I do. She just giggles at my reactions.
Remember she is only 8 years old and nearly blind. I think she does a great job of expressing what she sees through the lens.

Wow, they are massive! Will they turn into moth's or butterfly's?
I am not sure they will turn in to. I know I see a bunch of moths around here. So, I will have to keep an eye out.
Nice of you to provide the buffet for them. She does a VERY good job.
Lol....cute
She did a terrific job...nice close ups.
That's good, real good!
Wow, they are everywhere! I think your daughter did a wonderful job taking these photos!
A great job by your daughter ! I don't care what they turn into ,they will eat your garden up !
Those are some great shots! Cool caterpillars!
she did a wonderful job!
they look so big in macro!
Yes they do. When she wanted to get something closer. I had to change the setting for her.
She took wonderful photos!
Great job!
I would say she did a fantastic job.
I am so impressed with not only her eye for composition, but the clarity in her shots! Very, very nice! 10+
Oh thank you!! I will have to tell her that. That will make her very happy.
She did a great job
They look huge and gross. I remember picking up things like this when I was young but I can't bring myself to do it anymore. My 7 year old son is SOOOO freaked out by bugs. It's hilarious to see him stay away from the neighborhood girls when they are playing with worms. He is so scared of all things crawly and wiggly. I am actually starting to be concerned that he has a deep phobia that needs taken care of with therapy. My 4 year old daughter is the one who picks up anything- she loves to love and save all creatures and even tried to adopt a lightning bug the other night.
She got some very good shots of that bug!
My daughter is terrified of bugs too. She wouldn't go anywhere near these and would run into the house screaming if she saw them. SHE definitely would not be brave enough to take photos of them. LOL
Excellent pics!
cool picture are you going to keep one and see what he will be,,,,,
she is a good shot with the camera
She took some great pictures.

I love to watch caterpillars but I wouldn't touch one for money. Ugg...
Very cool pics. She did a great job.
Great shots! Did she do any research to find out exactly what type of caterpillar they are? Will they turn into butterflies? She did an awesome job!
She did a good job taking these.
A future photographer maybe!
OMG what ARE they? They are huge!!! Your daughter is brave, I would not go near them lol. Great pictures, please tell her I said so!
These are not really that big. But that is what the macro setting will make thins look.
Keep them away from my veggies please:)
You sure have a lot.
Thanks so much for sharing with my group.
Wow, those are some great photos! I'm glad my yard isn't full of those
Those are great pictures.
What great photos , she does good work for being nearly blind, I know what you go through as my grandaughter has Nystagmus and is also nearly blind.
