Tomorrow night Congressman Barney Frank will appear on the O'Reilly Factor. Should be a very interesting interview, and I am sure it will be lively. I will return tomorrow night with my opinion of the show, and also wondering how others will feel. On this site there are people who dislike both. For me I don't like Barney Frank, and not really a fan of O'Reilly. Especially after the way he treated Ron Paul in a interview. So I promise I will be fair when I give my opinion on the interview.

I wish Date Line USA would put on the head of GM and Chrysler on quite honestly. I wish they would ask them why GM killed the EV1 pulling the last of the EV1's, 78 in all they crushed like 5000, from Burbank and scrapping them on March 15th 2005. Even though there was 1.06 million dollar offer to buy them from such dead beats as Tom Hanks and Mel Gibson. Why GM squandered a 2 year battery tech lead it had in Nickle Metal hydrid battery tech over Japan. OH by the way they sold the tech to EXON. Why they squandered a three year tech advantage in hybrid tech funded by the Al Gore driven DOE initive. Why do you think Toyota and Honda developed hybrids? They were afraid of what the DOE was developing for the US - remember pattents can be viewed by all! Only Ford saw the writing and took advantage of the free R&D. You know what ford stands for now! (Finally the Only Remaining Dealership!) GM and Chysler CFO's drove their companies into the ground making huge profits for themselves and left us with their bills in the billions. I would want to know that they lost their jobs too. Like a lot of folks who suffered, because of their selfish and hardheaded running of their companies. Who's wage is more out of line with the market one with a 212% (CFO) over their European competitors or one with a -5 (UAW to BMW) over their European. Something to think about. Eveyone is right itis hard to compete when your wages are out of sync with the Worlds.
I don't watch the show.
You have to have a brain to be able to speak your mind and Barney Frank is seriously lacking. I have never heard him say anything that made sense. He is an idiot.
So true. Barney is someone who never takes any responsility for his own actions.
But tonight I am going to give him a chance and here him out.
Clifford is right. I am yet to see a constructive talk come out of him.
I agree, but I will hear him out, and most likely he will blame others for his mistakes.
I will have to watch the later show at 10 central. Most likely will post the update in the morning.
I am looking forward to your post Terry
This should be an interesting show... Oreilly will go after him for sure.. I like Oreilly....
I saw B. Frank tonight on O'Reilly ... well, I actually only got to see him a little since grandson is here. He reminded me of David Carradine on an old talk show many years ago (not to speak ill of the dead mind you ... it's just a memory I have)... anyway on that shoe D. Carradine was barefoot and picked his toes while being interviewed by Betty White.
I never looked at him the same since then ... I mean, picking your toes (he actually bent down to bite one) on national tv, during an interview.
Anyway, Frank wasn't that bad but almost. At one point he was leaning back kindof listening to O'Reilly ... and he couldn't stop cleaning his fingernails, looking at them, picking at them. How long that lasted I do not know ... I had to go into the other room.
On another note, check these out irt Barney Frank (there are probably others):

Thanks, I was not at home tonight. But going to watch the repeat at 10 central. Then tommorow I will post my feeling.
Once again thanks for sharing!
I'll be interested to see if my brief impression of B. Frank is something you'll see too or if it was 'just me.'
Mine is a little different,
Stopping to say "Good Morning !"
