I think this is first good thing that has happened since my down time I have been having. However, Eric called me from work and said he has another job offer! Only thing was he had to come over today to do the paperwork, and he can start tomorrow. We started weighing the pros and cons.

Pro Another guy will ride with him to share expenses for gas

Pro Permanent
With the pros and cons he decided to go for it. He just left to fill out the paper work. It looks like we are definitely on our way up! Just as long as it works out!

It is factory work not sure all the details yet. I know they found him through skills match. What is even weirder I got an email from a guy responding to Eric this morning. I never thought anything about it and with him being at work I couldn't let him know. It was the same guy that called him, I told him so he must be really interested.
