A little under a year ago, George Bush convinced everybody that the financial sector, Goldman-Sachs especially, deserved the majority of America's gross domestic product so that they could stay in business.
Today, Goldman is reporting that it will hand out the largest bonuses to it's executives in its 140 year history.

Its time for the Treasury to say no bonuses.
