I got my Bzz kit in the mail several weeks ago. I finally got outside to clean some windows this week. It was really easy to use. The kit comes with the cleaning tool which you can extend with a broom or mop handle. One pad can clean up to 20 windows. Our windows were filthy! I haven't cleaned them all yet because I can't reach the second floor windows by myself. My husband will have to twist on an extra handle to do it.
