I say goodbye to the days
of being lonely and blue
happy days are here again
I found a love that's true.
The happiness of a new love
brings laughter to my heart
the sadness disappeared
and giddiness took the part
That's when I wake and find
it was only in my dreams
I guess that I am destined
to live my live alone, it seems.

Some of my best romances take place in my dreams.
For with God all is renewed.
The Laughter and Joy, sorrow and pain,
Within true LOVE it is all the same.
The body may wither from the sight,
But God is still in there and shows His might.
For the soul carries on doing the same,
But when God shows up, all is reclaimed.
