- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 Tbsp. minute tapioca
- 1 egg, separated
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
Directions:
Scald 1 cup milk in top of double boiler. Add tapioca; cook 20 minutes or until tapioca is transparent. Stir frequently.
Beat egg yolk. Add sugar and salt. Put tapioca mixture with egg yolk. Put over bottom of double boiler; cook until thickened. Remove from heat; fold in stiffy beaten egg white, vanilla, and chocolate blended with half cup scalded milk.

I am one of the strange ones you would say. I love chocolate recipes a lot and i try to make them for my kids and they love it, so, mine is okay. I like white chocolate and stuffed chocolate bars with almonds, coconut,peanuts and nuts in general but not a chocolate freak
