I Was a Zombie - Did Cranenergy Help? A Product Review by Kimber L.

I was pleased to get my package of Cranenergy drinks - especially when I noticed the flavor on one of them was POMEGRANATE.   I WOULD DRINK POMEGRANATE anything! LOL.  I became giddy when I saw this.  I knew we had several busy days coming up so I set the package aside for one of those days yet to come, as I had no way to stop them short of death - which seemed a lot less desirable than an energy drink.

 The first day I tried Cranenergy for a pick me up it was more of a wake me up.  I woke up EXHAUSTED on a Monday morning....

... I was a real zombie and having tons of trouble waking up.  I pulled myself together as best I could and I grabbed one on my way out the door in hopes it would WAKE me up and help to get me through the day. 

I drank the cranenergy while driving to work.  I enjoyed the Pomegranate flavor to it - as I stated before I love Pomegranate anything!  By the time I got to work I felt a little more awake and alert and was able to focus through a 9 hour day.  After work I had to rush to pick up Lily to take her to a 2 hour dance class - we ate lunches I had packed previously in the car on our way there.  After dance we came home and my friends and their kid were over for a visit.  I got Lily ready for bed and then we stayed up hanging out with our company till well after 1 am making it a 20 hour day for me.  YES I was still exhausted at the end of it but the cranenergy really did seem to pick me up for the start of that day.

NOW onto the second time I tried it...

 The second busy day started way too early as it was a Saturday after a late night Friday.  Saturdays are supposed to be for sleeping in darnit!! We had to wake up super early to get Lily to her ADHD doctor for the first appointment of the day.  WE couldn't risk running late today as right after the doctor appointment we had overdue library books to run back before library closed and the end of the year soccer picnic to get too.

The doctor appointment went okay but he changed Lily's medicine.  After the appointment we dropped off her new prescriptions at the pharmacy, ran the overdue library books back (and paid the fine) and got home in time to pick up Matt and Drake to get to the soccer picnic.

I didn't realize the picnic would not be RELAXING!  It was HIGH ENERGY from start to finish!

It all started when the kids tried to get into the trophies early before we were ready to hand them out..

 They played together pretty hard....

BUT NOT HARD ENOUGH!!! LOL I drank my other Cranenergy with the picnic meal.  The calm before the storm I should call it.  LOL as soon as the meal was done it was time for the parent vs. kids exhibition games.  Being that I am a coach and a parent I was fully expected to participate.

Would you wanna go up against these fierce creatures?

It looked pretty grim ... we were seriously outnumbered.  We did okay during the game against the 4-7 year olds - held our own pretty well in fact.  They only beat us by one point.   The teen game was when my energy level started to rise.  I don't know if it is because I drank the Cranenergy or because there were several vicious (in a nice way) teenagers running at me in cleats and I didn't have any shin guards on.  ADRENALINE or Cranenergy? Don't know, didn't care at that point - just know I ran faster than I have ever ran in my entire life!!! LMAO - it was a fun - and good game.  I got some good plays in and Drake even told me "MOM YOU WERE AWESOME" which is always a great thing to hear from your kids. 

There was one point when I caught up with one of the fastest teens and took the ball from him - and said "HA Fat old lady still has some suprises in her huh?" LMAO I was pumped!!! I was proud of myself for doing so well though - it felt great.  Yeah it was just against KIDS but I am in better shape and was running and playing and having fun without dying or having an activity induced asthma attack - I feel so great since I have dropped down so many sizes!!

After the games I was exhausted but we had to rush off to the store to get our father's day shopping done as it was the only free day we had left to shop at that point.  We selected a nice gift for Matt (he already knows what it is so I can post it here) - a huge beautiful new tent for this years camping trip - it has three rooms and fits queen size mattresses in each with room left over and even has a hanging shelf - it was nice.

Next we decided Lily and I (the soccer girls) needed to pamper ourselves a little - realizing activites were done for the summer I paid for us to get our nails done...

Then when we got back to the car my hubby had bought me a gift (season one of True Blood on dvd YAY) to tell me he was proud of me for stepping up and being a soccer coach and taking it seriously and doing a great job with the kids - it was really sweet of him.

Next - too exhausted to cook we stopped for pizza on the way home then vegged out with the kids to watch Nim's Island and get some family time in together before calling it a day.

Overall I enjoyed the Cranenergy drink and since they make it in Pomegranate I would more than likely buy it again.  I do recommend it to people who like sweet tasting drinks.
