Megan Fox is only 23 years old, but that hasn't stopped her from getting tatted up like a 56 year old biker. Megan Fox already has seven tattoos:
- Neck: Chinese symbol for "strength" Never get a tattoo with a foreign language unless you know it. Otherwise, who knows what it really says!
- Right shoulder: "We will all laugh at gilded butterflies" a line adapted from Shakespeare's King Lear. Has Megan Fox ever read this play? Hmm, I question that.
- Right forearm: Marilyn Monroe's face. This is too much. She's got a small arm and it takes over in a bad way. I'd rather see her with an intricately drawn sleeve.
- Left wrist: Ying and yang. Maybe, just maybe this would have been cool in 1995.
- Left rib cage: "There was once a girl who never knew love until a boy broke her heart". Kinda cool now. Not so much once she gains some weight.
- Lower hip: "Brian" Get your lover's name tattooed on yourself and you will be cursed!
- Lower leg: Crescent moon overlapping a five pointed star. Eh, just not that cute.
Megan Fox is a total hottie, but those tattoos just aren't working for her!
Don't get me wrong – I love this form of body art, but would never want to replicate the ones she has. What do you think of Megan Fox's tattoos? HOT or HOT MESS?

i am fine with people having tats, but i am not a big fan of being covered head to toe wit them either

I agree. I would never be one to just walk into a tattoo shop and pick out a design there. More consideration should be put into it.

I'm not a huge tatoo fan because they look fine on young bodies but young bodies tend to age and then... check out the Baldwin brothers without their shirts on.
I also think that Marilyn Monore one is really ugle on her arm.
The Marilyn one is my least favorite.

Well Liz, you've done it once again! I have no idea who Megan Fox is and I'm 53 living with my high school sweetheart so as attractive as she is I have really no interest. However, since you asked and took the time to collect images and post content I am, as a friend, required to comment and vote, right? So I voted that she looks good and found that I'm in the minority with that opinion. Seems to me that that must mean that there are far more women voting than men and that the natural response is that she's gone overboard. Of course if those same women were making the money Megan must be making AND looked like her AND were her age they would probably have the same number of tattoos in all the same places. It's popular today for men and women, younger men and women, to not only have tatoos but to have piercings as well. When I was a kid I had really long hair and now that I'm retired I once again have very long hair but when I was a kid it wasn't yet popular and I was ridiculed by many people. I didn't care. And I doubt whether Megan cares either. Angelina Jolie doesn't seem to care and her tatoos are often covered in her movie roles and then at times they aren't. In the end, when one has vast sums of money one can pretty much do as one please, huh?
Megan Fox is famous for her role in the "Transformers" movies. I'm sure you're right. It's probably more women voting "NOT", but probably some men too who like a more conservative look.
I have a tattoo myself, and while I love this type of artwork, in general, I feel like less is more with women. Megan Fox is hot no matter what, but I think when she gets older, she might regret having so many. On the other hand, I think men look great with multiple tattoos.

I think the best tat is the one Megan Fox has on her right shoulder. (but I have one in the same place, which is probably why I like it!) My least favorite would have to be the Marilyn face on the arm.
I read that Megan Fox said while she was addicted to getting tattoos, she's taking a break from it for a while.
Ok I did vote that she's not a hottie. I am a huge fan of tats, I have two but they are fully coverable and small, and tastefull. I don't believe in branding myself with someone else's name because in 5, 10, 15 years, they may not be in your life anymore and you have a whole bunch of questions to answer about who this person was. Also, I'm not sure shakespear was meant to become a tattoo. Call me crazy, or old fashioned, but I prefer him as a play or a book. I agree about the Marilyn tat. I love Marilyn but would not consider putting her on my body.
Another reason I think she's not hot is the fact that she always seem to so aloof in her interviews. I don't know. She's just not someone I care to watch.
I am fine with the tats...and I am an older woman. I have tats myself, the pentagram on my forearm and a huge skull/bat wings on my neck. Both of them represent something to me..one is a representive of my religion, and isn't complete yet (I am getting black roses around it with red blood drop...which again, means something very personal to me)...the one on my neck is actually a very old scottish cryptic sign.
I am also getting a Large zombie bursting out of my leg (side)
A good friend of mine is 60 yrs old and got her first tat...a dragon starting from her ankle all the way up her thigh.
If you can wear it, flaunt it...great for you.
and no-one knows what Foxes tats mean to her...tats are usually a very private matter, death, birth, love, anger, accomplishments and religious.
Tattoos are sort of a turn off to me. Same with peircings. I mean, my girlfriend doesn't have any tattoos or body peircings, but I would not like it if she did. Not at all. Maybe it depends with the person...
My ex-girlfriend had a tongue ring and I didn't care. So who knows.
