I always drink milk every weekdays before going to work when having my breakfast. Usually i have bread, eggs or noodles for breakfast because it is very easy and fast to prepare and most importantly milk. I have never missed drinking milk eversince i was still going to school and until now that i am working i am still drinking milk five days a week. My mom or dad always prepares me milk before i go to work and i think most people at my present age of 22 don't drink milk anymore. But i think there could still be some other here who are like me who still drink milk at their age.
How about you?
Do you still drink milk?

no i dont , but i think i should ,, good for you
Yes...I'm 48 and though forced to drink 2% by my ever alert wife I occasionally manage to sneak some whole milk in!
Absolutely! But its normally skim. Funny, we own and operate a farm but I won't drink fresh cows milk.
Yes. At 46, I still drink milk with my supper everynight. My 19 year old son can drink a gallon of milk a day.
Yeap, I drink it everyday
Absolutley not. If I had to guess.... it's probably been almost 20 years since I have had a glass of milk. I will make soup or alfredo sauce from time to time but that's about all. We do like cheese of all kinds.
If I did drink milk it would be raw and probably from a goat on an organic farm.
I did when I was pregnant and breastfeeding, to make sure the girls were getting enough calcium and vitamin D. Now it's mainly just if I'm having cereal, or sometimes if I have heartburn.
i am the same as you, i did drink alot when preggo, but now it seems to only be in cereal..
I buy 2% milk and mainly use it in cooking/baking.....I will drink it every once in awhile, though....even though I know I should drink it all the time!
Actually, unless you have a fair amount of Northern European ancestory, your body loses the ability to digest milk as you get older, and many people start having digestive problems. I finally gave up milk in my late 30's.
I drink milk a little. Usually just drink whats left in the bowl after I have cereal. Or sometimes I use milk to make hot chocolate. Without a little flavoring in it, milk leaves a bad taste int he back of my mouth.
Absolutely! 1% at least once a day! :)
hi jewi lim my husband loves to drink milk, many times when I get home in the evening from work I find that the new carton of milk is nearly empty again, lol.
I dont drink the milk any more as is cause I am diabetic and should be careful with carbs but I add milk to my cereal mostly on weekends when I have enough time for a good breakfast.
I still drink milk and i'm 40 but I'm also breast feeding too , plus my family drinks milk, my husband and 2 of my children I have a 10 year old who would live on water and moutain dew if she could the water she does, she don't like milk. but the other 5 of us go threw a gallon a day, I buy 2% milk, but when I was pregant the doctor had me on 1% milk.
I don't drink much milk these days; cream with coffee but that is about it.
I drink milk every day. I am lucky to be northern European in ancestry and so I have not lost my ability to digest lactose. Just one more way I am a very lucky fellow.
yes I do not every day yet I do....
I don't drink milk because I hate the taste of it. But I do consume dairy in the form of cheese and yogurt frequently, take calcium supplements, and try to eat green, leafy vegetables.
I drink milk all the time
I still drink milk at age 53, but not as often as i used to. I do take a multivitamin and do try to eat healthy lots of fruits and vegetables.
I have a large glass with breakfst every morning. I drink 1%. Can't do skined milk as my niece use to call it. I don't want my milk to have a blue cast to it. I don't want to feel like I could see through it if I really tried. That's just me.
