I've had this happen to me too and also with other flowers that are not supposed to be annuals.  It's a nice little surprise, isn't it???  Pretty flowers!!

Petunias are so lovely.  I love the way the fragrance floats in the air and you can smell them before you actually see them.

I plant petunias every year. You're lucky that yours came back up. I've never had that happen.
