Saturday my daughter got married. =) It was a beautiful ceremony. The day was so gorgeous. Everyone had an awfully good time. My nephews gift to her was a live band for the reception. That was so awesome.
I am the last of the family to post about it. But only because I really don't have any photos to share. I am so bummed. My camera was accidentally taken home by my niece. =( She lives too far away, for me to just pick it up. She is going to mail it to me. And the throw away cameras I used, did not turn out. =( We had them developed at Walmart. They say someone must have exposed the film. Well, how could that be? They have a cover around the camera. You can't open them, if someone had I would have noticed it ripped open. I think they exposed it accidentally. grr~ they were having a lot of troubles today while I was there....
*oh well just my luck* I worked so hard on it. And have nothing to share yet. I am so very depressed. =( I just could not wait to share my daughter's day with Gather. And I was not able to....
My sister Kim, has a nice photo essay up on it. And my daughter Dawn, has a few photos in her photo section.
I did get a few of the night before. Thankfully I had uploaded them to the computer. To make room for the wedding shots.

This next one, of my husband walking Dawn down the aisle. My step son said, he got a tear watching them. * I heard him sniffle. That really touched my heart. *

Here everyone is relaxing after the rehearsal.
Starting to decorate the table tops. Second one is the bride and grooms table. Below the fireplace where the ceremony will take place. The candy table and beside that a wishing well on the gift table.

Congrats to your daughter. I got to thinking the other night when Eric and I was talking. Here I am old enough to be grandma. I went to my son's myspace page and it clicked so much has changed. He had a picture of his girlfriend that said "I love this woman" I realized any day my baby can be getting married and any day he could be having a baby. Brings tears to my eyes.
By the way how did the potatoe salad turn out and was there any pealings? if so tell those men them and I need to have a talk lol

It looks like a very nice wedding Melanie!!! Don't feel bad about the camera! My son had mine a year or so ago and it got STOLEN!! So now I have no camera until I can find one I can afford on E-bay!!! I want my camera!!! Oh yes, congrats to your daughter and her new hubby!!

Sounds like someone opened the camera before the film was rewound into the cartiage. Happy to before, I didn't get the film rewound all the way into the camera, opened the camera,saw the film, shut it real quick. Finished re winding it and only got the pictures that had gotten rewound in to the spool. Boy was I mad.

Was a beautiful wedding indeed. Got pretty confusing with the cameras, lol. My daughter had two in one hand once trying to take videos and snapshots. All in all, everything turned out nice.
