This review was supposed to be done by May 15 but I did not recieve it until the 12th of May ( in a post office bag saying "sorry...") and could not give a proper review of it at that point. So I figured it would be better to wait and give a proper review. I have just taken the last pill and wanted to share with you the results of a months' worth of taking this wonderful product.

I was one of the lucky reviewers who got a months worth ( a 36 pack) of SAM-e to try. It arrived badly mangled and not until the 12th of MAY (the post offices' fault ) but the blister packs were all intact. The pills were in sheets of blister packs and they were easy to use.
At first I did not notice a big difference. But after a few weeks I realized there were some noticable differences in my mood and to a lesser degree in my arthritis pain.
The first big difference I noticed was when my PMS did not hit as hard as it usually does. I did not get all "shrewish" and nasty or lose my temper as easily as I usually do. This alone was a great benefit of the product.
It was not till near the end of the 36 pack that I noticed any joint relief. In the morning my joints were not as stiff and I did not feel as achy in the evenings. It was a gradual process and I did not really notice it until I thought about it.
I would tell anyone who thought this product might help them to give it a try - I am actively looking for coupons and sales so I can continue taking this product. I like it that much.

I know it is $14+ a box which is why I need a sale AND coupons - found one for $3 off but stil it is expensive so I need to find a good sale to match it up with

Wow it's really that good? Great review. I'm tempted to try this. They sell it in Sams Club, but as Deb said, it is a little pricey. Thanks for all the information and I'm so glad that you found it to be a good product.

The official Sam-e is actually about $36 a box from Walmart. It has the highest milligrams and it is also the original...that's what I was talking about. I think that would be a monthly amount. Not totally sure. I know that I need it myself too!!!

I would take just about anything that I thought was safe for joint pain. Glad you mentioned that part. And really glad that it helped you.
