I feel the need at this time to give out a pre-birthday warning. No, I don't want it to be known out there that my birthday is this coming Friday, June 19, 2009. I also don't want it to be known that I'll be 53 years old on that particular date. I also don't want it to get out that I do have an Amazon Wishlist set up, nor do I wish it known that just some simple birthday wishes, or God forbid, smoochies could be sent and I'd love them.
Most of all, I want it known that I'm not the type guy who would shamelessly flog his birthday for some cheap views and points. Nor would I be the type who would use such a device to get some very, very cheap laughs.
I'm beyond all that. So don't say y'all haven't been warned......
