The Proposal

I won tickets for the really advance screening of this one.

Another winner in my book! for awhile ...movies were coming out and me and my friend just said HUH! but lately...they have all been ok for us.

The movie starts off with Sandra Bullock's character- Margaret being the terrorizing boss at a publishing company. She is mean and strick. Ryan Reynold's Drew is her assistant. He does whatever she wants, he knows all about her...everything.

She gets called into the office and is told that her Visa has expired and since it has she cannot work at an American Company..she is Canadian. She jokes that she isn't a immigrant...a light goes off in her head when her assistant Drew is standing in the doorway....she tells her boss she is engaged to him and that they are getting married.

The "couple" head over to immigration to file the papers and the officer sees right thru this...but he also doesn't pick up on...that they are falling in real love...something they dont realize either.

She goes with Drew to Gammy's 90 birthday in Alaska....and then some of the good stuff starts!

This movie put a smile on my face, I laughed alot. The audience clapped at the end and I don't think anyone was saying a bad thing about it. Me and friend joked about it was predictable....but ya know what...right now I need predictable and happy.
