Good deal or not, $25 is NOT free, and it certainly doesn't cost that much to ship a necklace.
Actually yes... the necklace IS free. I agree that it doesn't cost $25 to ship a necklace but if you order online/through the mail much I'm sure you already know that many companies do pad their shipping charges. I have a friend who orders from them regularly and yeah, the shipping charge is padded even a little more for this BUT I guess they do typically charge more than 'normal' for shipping.
Whenever I order something online, I consider the cost of the item to include the cost of shipping. Whatever comes out of my pocket is the cost to me.
I agree this is not free when you have to pay shipping and handling. Sorry but shipping and handling for a necklace is to much. When you pay something it is called a "deal"...not free.
