Today was a pretty good day! I drank about 85 ounces of water! I'm still drinking some as I get ready for bed, too.
I took my 2-year-old daughter on a half-hour walk today. Part of the time she rode in the stroller so I was able to walk at a decent pace. But she kept getting out and walking herself, which slowed me down quite a bit.
I did some housecleaning, which kept me active as well. In the evening, little one and I went to big brother's baseball game ... more walking and chasing her around.
As for my eating, well, I didn't eat all that healthy, but I didn't eat very much either. And I have to say, I'm proud of myself because I ate leftovers, which I usually don't do. Too often, they get thrown out. But today, I ate them twice - shrimp scampi for lunch and spaghetti for supper. Yay me!
