We rented a little two-bedroom cottage on Lake Huron. Unfortunately, it rained the whole time we were gone--serious, practically horizontal rain! We didn't get to have a campfire on the beach, go hiking or kayaking like we planned. But, a vacation is a vacation, and I didn't have to go to work :) We ran to a nearby KMart and picked up some DVD's to watch and then just spent our days laying around (my husband's dream vacation, but not mine--I'm all about the structured fun LOL).

Oh, I'm so sorry it rained! We got back last night (early), because it was supposed to rain. We had fun, and got to do a lot, and it wasn't too hot. I'm glad to be home, though.
