I had a dream last night where in the dream I saved a persons life, the person that I had saved in the dream he and I do not see eye to eye. What I would like to know is what does this dream mean?!?

It means you and the person doesn't like each other.
I'd have to ask how you saved the person's life before I could figure out what the dream meant. I'd also ask how the dream-you felt about saving the guy's life in the dream. I'll be back to see if you gave me those answers later. Then, I'll tell you what the dream means.
First my friend in the dream was being beaten by at least 5 people and in real life I personial know that he at times says something that sets people off.
I'd say your dream probably just means that you have a good heart and that you know this guy sets people off, so that big heart feels protective and wants to help him. But, in your logical mind, you know you don't get along with him, so you don't want to save him. No matter what, though, your sense of fair play and your experience of being picked on makes you want to save the guy.
I suspect that you know, at least sub-consciously, that some people that you help, know, associate with, are quite different from you, but since you still saved him, the difference is less important that what you feel for him.
