BORACAY (1) - A trip around the islands

Actually, my plan for this summer is travelling to Hawaii with my sweetie but there is no my sweetie in this world sothat my destination is Boracay island. Discovering a new land in my own way may refresh my mind.

Talk about Boracay island, there are many interesting things. This entry, I will take you around the island first, then tell you about some activities in this beautiful and eventful island in the next entry. You must enjoy it together with me eventhough via my blog !

I took a bus from Kalibo to Caticlan and then a boat from Caticlan to Boracay island.

Boracay, a tropical island, has long white sand beaches rival the best beaches of more popular destinations such as theCaribbean, theSouth Pacific as well as neighbouring Thailand,Malaysia and Indonesia.

Unfortunately, the day I began my trip around the island had bad weather. It drizzled.

Firstly, buy bread ! Prepare something for snorkelling at Crocodile Island to feed fishes.

Reach to Laurel Island ! This is private island. Someone rich bought this island for himself. Entrance fee is 200peso.

Most of people come here for snorkelling to contemplate the beauty of corals sand ocean fishes. Me too !

Certainly I requested the driver of boat to snorkel with me. Every herd of ocean fishes rushed around me since I fed them with bread. Good gracious ! The ocean world is so wonderful with chain of corals and ocean organism !!

I was just under the water around 15 mins, then I insisted the driver of boat push me up because I was choked with water. I was dead scared at that time. What would happen if he didn't help me ? ...I'm still unable to swim

Now, turn to Bulabog Beach

A lot of American people expore the caves here

White Beach is the most famous Beach in Boracay. The resort I stay located at White Beach. I will tell you more clearly at the next entry.

Now, turn to Manoc-Manoc Beach

Yes, that's a trip around the Boracay Islands. In fact, the waves was strong, specially at the corners of island. The boat was rocking in midstream make me dead scared. Poor me, I vomitted a lot. The driver of boat must stopped many times to keep my wits during the trip. He and the guider always asked me "Ma'am ! Are you ok ?" .
