Today My Oldest Turns 10

Today my oldest son turns 10. I think 10 is a milestone birthday because you're entering double digits for the first time. I can't believe that 10 years ago I became a parent for the first time. I have gone through so many different things in the last 10 years. Part of me says "It's only been 10 years??" and the other part says "Wow, 10 years. Long time." I have changed so much in these 10 years.

10 years ago, I gave birth on a Monday, after 10 PM. It was a hard labor with a couple of complications. My oldest son was perfectly healthy.

 

My son is still healthy as a 10 year old. He will be entering 5th grade. Sweetheart I love you, I'm proud of my oldest baby. I always tell my kids, no matter how old you are, you will always be my baby.
