I put out a feeler earlier this morning about starting a group about all things diabetic. Many people thought it was a good idea and others seemed really genuinly interested so about a half hour ago I officially started the All Things Diabetic Group.

For those of you who said you were interesting in joining in my last post I sent you an invitation, all except one person who I could not find in the search, but I will send a ping to that person.
The group is opened to all who want to join. And you can write about anything diabes related including but not limited too: Things like diabetic friendly recipes, links to articles about diabetes, personal experience with diabetes, tips for diabetics, questions for diabetics, how to prevent diabetes, gestational diabets, diabetes book reviews, and recipe book reviews, movies of yourself taking your blood sugar, pictures of your meter, or your diabetic friendly foods, even diabetic product reviews.
Even if you are not diabetic I am sure you will be able to learn some great things in this group, or at least grab up some great recipes. Feel free to post your old diabetes related articles to this group.

I'm not diagnosed with diabestes yet, but I am sure at my appointment at the endocrinologist I'll be diagnosed as prediabetic or diabetic. The last two A1C tests, which he hasn't seen have been slightly elevated. I have to take another one before I see him. So, I'll be joining the group since there is so much I am going to have to learn.

I've been diabetic for over 9 years, and I already belong to a couple of diabetes groups on here, but am always happy to have another place to share and learn new things.
