I JUST heard on the radio (I think) that in Japan, Coke is coming out with a green tea flavor. And Pepsi is coming out with a Basil flavor.
That sounds so odd that now I doubt I heard that at all. But I'm pretty sure that's what they said. Wow.
Why can't we get crazy tasty herbal hippie stuff like that, here ???

Japanese people eat weird stuff. My boyfriend spent the first six years of his life in Japan, and when they opened an international food store near the house, we went and found this candy called "milky" that he swore he loved as a kid. It tasted kind of like sweetened cheese.

Pepsi is already making a "natural" Pepsi called Pepsi Natural but I've yet to see it here. I think it has green tea. I wish they'd just stick with making the Pepsi Throwback! YUM! Sugar in my soda pop!

There is green tea soda here in the States. Steaz makes some good green tea soda (certain to be a lot better than whatever Coke can come up with).
