NEW YORK - A New York City woman says her father apparently lay dead for weeks in a minivan while police repeatedly left parking tickets on the vehicle.
Come on, first you'd think the smell would alert somebody. Then as a supposedly abandoned van you'd think they would have towed it sooner. Now, theres a police department thats on it's toes...not!

Oh my gosh.....that is insane! Goodness, after such a long period of time, that must have been a horrendous odor, and one would think that somebody would check out the van or do something.
