I am a terrible food shopper! I try to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables though and my daughter too.
This is my grocery list for the most part.
good info thanks
thats a good list, I always try to have onion soup mix and mushroom soup also.
good tips .thanks
thats almost my shopping list :D ~~hh
I have to disagree with a couple of things on the list.
Margarine is a no no.... Use real butter
Canola oil is also not good. Use olive oil instead
We also try to not eat anything that came out of a can. It's already overcooked and therefore low in nutrients
most of the time my shopping cart has more drinks than anything else, especially now that it's hot

POINTS NATION!
LOL! I tey as I know we all do, some good tips though! PN
Good hints, though I use nothing but olive for oil. For both flavor and the heart benefits. I am surprised also margarine is still recommended over butter? I had learned that it wasn't natural, not a real fat and very close to plastic. If one's arteries were to clog with that it would be a hardening not easily dealt with by angioplasty whereas with butter it is animal fat, natural and soft, easily reduced with the balloon. Perhaps I've been misled?
