The latest Hollywood rumor that surfaced yesterday was that power couple Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have split. My heart immediately dropped in my chest. If these two crazy kids can't make it, who can??? And quite frankly, if they both ended up in relationships with other people, it would be a downgrade. Once you date Angelina Jolie or Brad Pitt, you can only go downhill from there.
However, this morning I was able to let out a sigh of relief. A rep for the couple came out to say that the rumors are just that - rumors. You can continue to use the term "Brangelina" to describe the two because they are in fact staying together.
Wipe that smirk off your face, Jennifer Aniston. You haven't gotten your revenge quite yet.

are you kidding???!!! This woman apparently wants to single handedly save the world by adopting every third world baby herself? And Brad, pretty though he may be, does not seem like the most grown up of males.
Crazy. You said it yourself. Good marriages do not start with "Crazy". The Brangelina marriage has seemed like a bit of a train wreck from day one. Plenty of drama, always in the headlines, a publicist's dream match. That's not the ideal couple. That's not what true love, respect, and communication are about.

I, myself think that those two aren't in for the long haul and then Who is going to look after all of those children they are freely adopting and having others take care of. Ugh.

Interesting how people who "couldnt care less on the topic" somehow ended up in this forum. I agree that Hollywood news is not THE news..but im addicted and I'll admit it. In terms of Brand and Angie...I always hoped against all odds they would end up together. She is exotic in both appearence, behavior and actions. And he seems like an easy going guy- enough to handle her spirit and his own. I hope they realize the special nature of thier relationship and stay madly in love as they apparently were when they first started being together.
True love- this terms has been mutilated, manupulated and masticated over the centuries. True love in my opinion is any love that is breathtaking. I know it sounds a little dramatic and over the top, but if you dont have that 'feeling' it isnt love - NO MATTER what it is based on. The roots of the tree are a crucial supporting structure but nevertheless they do not make up the entire tree.

I love this couple. Their love seems to extend past the two of them. Just look at what they've been to do for the world after teaming up with each other. I want to see them together for a very long time.
