I have fallen so far behind in laundry over the past month it is not even funny. At the beginning of the week I had about 20 loads backed up. (I am not even exaggerating) Plus, I need to change everyone's bedding. I also want to get to the kids old baby stuff so that I can start getting it ready for the baby. So this week I have been diligently working on cleaning up the laundry room table and baskets. My goal is to have all of the laundry clean and put away except for one current hamper that is dirty. It is a huge task for me but I am working on it. I know it sounds silly but it I have been really stressing out over that pile and avoiding it so now it is time to deal with it. The plus side is that I am sorting out a lot of the kids stuff that no longer fits.

Mine gets bad like that.. but usually im bad with washing it and just leaving unfolded clean clothes in baskets

LOL! That's easy to do this time of year. I'm dealing with the same thing. We have dirty winter clothing (our temps just changed to warm recently) then we have dirty summer clothes. We just did the winter/summer switch in the drawers and are sifting through what fits and doesn't fit for this year and the garage sale finds that were hanging out waiting to fit. I should get my but in gear and finish up the task too! Best of luck to you!

I just conquered all my piled up laundry yesterday, it was quite a task. I am also bad about leaving clothes on the love sofa in the basement unfolded. A habit I need to break. It took me a good while to complete but it is done. Now my goal is to do a massive cleaning on the upstairs today, walls and everything. This could turn into a month long task.. *sigh*
gee 20 loads,, I dont even own that much clothes for 20 loads,,
we do about 4 aweek, and now son is gone it will be less.....
Mostly because I am washing the winter stuff trying to sort what the kids might be able to wear next winter and the stuff that is too small. Plus, converting to summer bedding washing all of the heavy duty comforters to be put away for the summer.

I am not sure that I will get to cross this off my list but at least I will be a little closer.
We are way behind on laundry, too. I don't know how many loads we have, but it's at least a dozen.
