Several weeks back I was trying to print out an Arm & Hammer Essentials Cat Litter coupon from the Arm & Hammer website. Their coupon program was having a glitch and so was their contact form.
I did some searching and thought I would send a letter to Church & Dwight about my issues with the Arm & hammer site and my inability to get the specific coupon to print. I wanted to see if they could just send me the coupon since it wouldn't print.
Here is the letter I got in return:
I was surprised to receive a free coupon for their product in the letter as consolation for the difficulties I experienced.
Just wanted to share my success here and to encourage you all to write companies whenever you are having an issue with their brand, site, etc. Many of them really do make an effort to keep customers happy!

I -love- the arm & hammer litter, but it's WAY too much for the stuff we buy, and how fast 4 cats go through it.

Way to go girl!!! I don't have a printer hooked up to my PC since mine went down so lots of time I wish I could just get the coupon in the mail....but they don't usually give you an option...wish they did!!!
wow that is great! I love it to. We buy it most of the time. We also have four cats so it depends on how much extra money we have that week. LOL The nice thing about summer is they have been going to the bathroom outside a lot so the litter seem to be lasting longer. We use the scoopable kind
