I've been doing some research into vegetarian cooking and would love to hear some recommendations on books, resources, etc. Can you help!
I have been googling/swagbucking for family-friendly (not necessarily gourmet) vegetarian menus and meals... but I'm a bit disappointed/discouraged. Many of the recipes are just promotions for meat-substitute products (Morning Star, etc). While I don't see any problem with folks chosing to use the premade products... I'm searching more for resources that work with "real" ingredients.
My 9-year-old son is the driving force behind this. While I don't plan on jumping into a vegan diet for him in the next week or two, I am interested in slowly progressing toward a vegetarian (ovo-lacto) diet as a compromise... and to really test if this is what he really wants to do.
