Yes, you do have to fill in your mailing address when you reddem for a gift card or paypal. When you redeem again later, it will be all filled in for you. Make sure your paypal is verified thru your bank or you wont be able to get your money.

Also your paypal email address needs to be filled in too.

I have cashed out for paypal and I have always filled out the address part.

Congrats! I haven't cashed out yet myself, but I have cashedout to paypal from other sites and I know for SURE you have to have your account verified. It's pretty much useless to have a paypal account if it isn't verified. If you don't want to hook your bank up to paypal for privacy reasons you could try an account now card.

Yes, you do have to give valid information. I opened a seperate checking account when I started selling on ebay and use it to go along with my paypal account. That way if anything ever goes wrong it will not affect my regular checking account. I have had my paypal account for 2 or 3 years and have never had any problem.

I received my first $25 cashout through paypal recently.  I would think that the address would need to match the address on your bank account. I realize that there are a lot of scams around, but from my experience and what I've heard from my sisters, Paypal is honest.

Gather needs your address because if you make more than $600 in a year they will send you a form for tax purposes.

Yes but my payment has not yet arrived in my paypal account until now.. I cashed out on June 2,2009 but it has not yet arrived until now.
