Last night, I didn't remember to post my 4th day results in drinking water, so here's my day 4 & 5 report.
Yesterday, I was able to put down 3 water bottles full (16.9 ounces each). I started another, but didn't sip off it much. I find that I get way too bloated if I keep drinking after that point, even if I am spreading it out over the day.
I have felt pretty decent the past two days, though, so maybe it's doing it's mojo.
Today, I forgot to take my water bottle with me to the park, but I stopped at the gas station, and got a 20 ounce Propel bottle that I drank while we were at the park. A bit more in it than the bottle I've been using, and still water.
Aside from that, I drank another 20 ounce bottle of plain water with a crystal light packet during and after dinner. This morning, I sipped off my 16.9 ounce bottle, but only finished about half.
During the movie, I steered away from the soda, and got a 20 ounce bottle of lemonade, which has more stuff in it than the Crystal Light, but is better than soda. I did not finish it, it's only half gone.
I would estimate over all, that I drank about 60 ounces today, give or take an ounce. It was easier when I was using regular bottles of water, though, because I was sipping off it like normal, and not thinking of it. It disappeared faster.
So, for Friday- 50.7 ounces.
For Saturday- 60 ounces

Good for you. I just can't drink THAT much of anything....
I had about 45 oz. of water and Powerade today.
