For those of you who enjoy making your own crust, try this.
After you make it, spay lightly with oil on both sides, and add seasonings of your choice on top.
Place it on the grill for about 3 to 5 min. each side.
Remove, cover with your favorite toppings and lots of sliced cheeses.
Bake in oven 450 until cheese is melted.

Good tip.
Hope you give it a try, it's really yummy.
ohhhh, love grilled pizza!
I'm afraid if I put it on my grill, it would sink between the slats and get stuck on...did you do it with a pizza pan under it...or straight on the grate?
I haven't made home made pizza in years, what a great idea.
I haven't made home made anything in like forever, but I do love pizza and appraciate the tip.
There are recipes on bettycrocker, kraft or "somewhere" that have some recipes for grilled pizza. I haven't tried it yet, but it does sound tasty!!
This sounds so good. I've heard of making pizza on the grill, this sounds like a nice way to get crispy crusts. I bet you could make a bunch of these ahead of time and put in the freezer for later.
sounds good. Thanks.
