Day 3: I drank 4- 16.9 oz bottles of water, each flavored with a different flavor of Crystal Light. I started the morning with a packet of the Crystal Light Energy to have the caffeine. I did go to the store and buy another box of it to have at home.
I weighed myself at about 4 pm, weighing in at 154.6, which is down from the 155.2 that I was on Day 1.
I also drank 2 cans of Dr. Pepper today, so that won't help the weight thing. It was a day of running that started this morning and didn't end until after supper so I was pretty much drinking something all day.
I didn't get a headache today, nor did I feel nauseous today like I did last night.
So far my favorite flavor of the Crystal Light is the Pomegranite Lemonade. It's the flavor you get in the Skin Essentials kind. Second comes pink lemonade.
I need to correct myself when I said 5 calories by adding the Crystal Light to the bottle of water. That is correct that it is 5 calories PER serving, however, each packet is 2 servings, making it 10 calories per 16.9 oz bottle of water.

I love to drink water. I like mine plain, unflavored, and cold. I don't trust all those chemicals in the drink powders.

I really love the Green Tea with Raspberry and then the fruit punch, but i mix it with a 33 oz bottle. I like it to be a lighter taste.
