I emailed CVS regarding the use of using a BOGO coupon on an item that is BOGO. This week at CVS, the Sobe lifewater is on sale for Buy One Get One Free (BOGO). There is a manufacturer coupon on the Sobe website which makes two Sobe free. I know that some CVS around me will not honor this so I emailed CVS. Here is their response:
Dear Quyen Nguyen,
Thank you for contacting CVS/pharmacy. We appreciate the time you took to contact us with your inquiry.
In the case where a particular item is on sale for “buy one get one free” (BOGO), you are only allowed to use one manufacturer’s coupon. For instance, if Revlon lipstick is on sale for BOGO, you can use one manufacturer’s BOGO coupon. You would get both items free & pay any applicable tax. The Store Manager can limit quantities.
Again, Quyen, thank you for contacting us. We value your business and look forward to serving you in the future.
Sincerely,
Jennifer

CVS coroporate says that you allowed to use the BOGO coupon the BOGO item to get 2 items for free. This is extremely helpful because I can just print out the email and show the cashier if I run into any trouble. I hope this helps someone out there as well.

You rock! One of these days I am going to try shopping at CVS again. But not till the kids are in school--I want to go some where where I know they will have stuff in stock if I have little ones trailing along.
