must be tenderly

cared for

so as not to feel

the prick of the thorn

that will cause

your heart to bleed

but always feel

the soft kiss of the

petals

and the tender

caress of the

sweet aroma

Very pretty. Didn't Linda Ronstadt have a hit with a song called Love is Like A Rose years ago? I remember that first line of the song. This is a different poem but it starts the same. It reminded me of the song.
