I was selected by gather to write a product review on Sam-e complete. I have been taking this product for about a month. My boyfriend has also tried the product. He has some joint issues so I thought it would be beneficial. The box claims that the SAM-e restores a healthy mood in 7-14 days. I do think it has a beneficial effect on mood, as this has been a stressful time for a variety of reasons. I do think it helps with joint discomfort also as I have noticed less creaking and complaining from my friend. I think it might have been helpful to take more than one pill per day, but we only took one of the tabs. (It says on the box you can increase the dose to acheive the desired results.)I would recommend this product particularly if you have a coupon. It costs about 29.99 per box at most big box retailers. Sam-e was a product I was curious about so I was anxious to try it for a variety of reasons. I was glad to have had the opportunity to do so, and will probably buy it again, if I get an opportunity.

Thanks for writing this review. I have been wondering about Sam-E for depression and joints. So did you not think it was worth the money? And are you also taking joint stuff like glucosamine and chondritin in addition to Sam-E?
Eric is taking it most of the time. He has the joint problems. You might have to ask him.
He takes glocusomine also.
