1 medium ripe banana
1 heaped cup (1/4 large or 1/2 small) chopped, cored fresh pineapple ( or you can use 1 can of pineapple)
6 fresh mint leaves (more to taste)
3/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt, or rice milk
1 teaspoon mild honey (check if you use can of pineapples if it's sweet first; you may not need the honey)
2 or 3 ice cubes
Place all of the ingredients in a blender with 2 or 3 ice cubes and blend at high speed until smooth. Enjoy on hot summer day..
