This is going to be short because I am not ready to get into details yet. My heart is so sad. Our surrogate miscarried at 8 weeks late last night. I have no idea if we are going to try again, we do have 4 more embryos frozen. I don't even know if she is willing or if we want to. I haven't slept and I am tired of crying. I took all the baby stuff we had bought out of the various places and put it all in the "nursery". I just can't look at it.

I'm so, so sorry, Juley... It may not be of any comfort right now but, believe me, everything (even the bad things -- no... especially the bad things...) happen for a reason and I believe that with all my heart. There was some reason that this couldn't happen right now or shouldn't happen the way it was going to -- I have absolutely no doubt of that.
Just try to hang on, hun, and know that there is something better in store for you both.

Sorry I miscarried my first pregnancy it was rough. But it was even earlier and we hadn't started buying any baby items. We just found out the day before I was pregnant.
