What a joke! I used XXX as the name, phone # and email addy, although they were included in this SCAM!
It's also a shame that people actually fall for this stuff on a daily basis!

LOL@ Stacey!
miracle komo .................... lol
wow you lucky girl, I am not as lucky as you and did not get this..
Your warnings even better then mine. Has that loon any idea how fast info gets around on Gather?
lol~ I did not get this one. dang.~
LOL
I get emails like this all the time! lol
LOL, when I read the headline of your post, first I thought you bought a ticket and won. I get these stupid things too.
I got one too.
Way too funny
I haven't gotten this on Gather, but I got it a few times in my regular e-mail.
LOL - too funny.
Wow. You were contacted after fasting? That's some deep sh*t.
(And I hate when my italics don't work).
I got the same email about an hour ago. I've already reported it and pinged him/her about being a scammer. Hopefully gather will have this person shut down soon.
when I went to my bank to cash that $250 sweepstakes check they questioned me over and over on whether I had really entered a sweepstakes or I had just gotten the check in the mail. I assured them over and over that I did enter it and really did win it.
I think it is a good think that banks are trying to double check things from sweepstakes, instead of cashing things and finding out people are getting scammed or whatever.
On the other hand, glad they cashed it and did not drag it out into a big deal for you.
I also thought you had really hit the lottery jackpot. I never get these types of email for some odd reason.
I've received many emails like this. I get them every day. That, or I win the UK lottery. Or someone is dying and needs my help. Blah blah blah. It's sad that some people actually do fall for things like this.
Lol very funny. I laugh when I get these emails.
lol :)
I got this one to.
I have gotten quite a few of these types of emails.
