My daughter mentioned she saw a "cyber" cookout where everyone brought something for the picnic and I thought it sounded like fun.
So I am inviting all my friends, and all gather members, to a Cyber Celebration of Memorial Day. To let us all know who is coming and what you will be bringing, just list a favorite cook out food or item needed to make for a fantastically, fun Gathering . Drop in anytime during the day and chat with your friends, have a bite to eat or play a yard game.

I made sour cream cookies with frosting last night, so that would be my contribution.
I will bring the steaks and steamed onions for a topping. We will make sure the tents are delivered so we can stay dry and then I will be ready to drink the alcohol and eat all the other goodies that all the others have brought to the "cyber" cookout. There are some good sounding foods there look out weight watchers I will have to be there Tuesday just not sure of the year right now! LOL
I can bring a boston butt,homemade barbarque slaw,and potatoe salad.

What is BBQ slaw??? Never heard of it but sure has my interest???
I guess it may be a southern thing.but you add hot sauce,a little sugar and a little ketchup for color.
Don't forget a little vinegar also.mix well over cabbage and its good.
Thought you must be in the south. There are bar-b-que places all over down here with BBQ slaw. I'm from Ohio originally and we didn't have it.

wow, some great foods!! Glad you can all make it; tents a definite. One minute the sun is shining the next it is pouring.
I'll bring the boring unsweetened tea, for us sugar free people. =) And cooler full with bottles of water. And some fried chicken =)
My husband will join you with your tea, that is what he drinks every day. I'll go for the fried chicken: hot or cold:)

I'm showing up late but with some watermellon. I hope there's some chocolate cream pie left! I haven't had it for years.
Watermellon sounds great--I haven't had chocolate cream pie for ever. I used to make them for my dad as a teen in the early 70's.
