Every now and then we seem to get in a rut... making the same few meals over and over.
It's going to be nice out tomorrow and we want to grill.
I looked in the freezer and found a package of venision steaks and a sirloin steak. I am not a big venison fan but my husband loves it. I find it too gamey and tough on the grill.
Any suggestions on other ways to cook venision steak?
I think tomorrow it will be sirloin on the grill.... ;)

I have never heard of soaking in vinegar. New one on me.
I wish that I could help, but my mom always cooked the venison and I never have.
If he loves it, cook it your way. I don't care for it. Have ground it up to make chili, as long as the taste is hidden by lots of chili powder and hot sauce.
He could eat it every day with just a little horseradish.
Vinegar also is a tenderizer and marinade for venison too! I promise, it's true!!
