Sorry the pictures didn't turn out to well in this one. I should of used my camera on my cell phone instead of my cheapo digital camera. The ingredients you need are...
5 pounds red potatoes, quartered
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
1/2 cup butter
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 cups cooked, chopped ham
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese flavored bread crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
Boil the potatoes till done.

Mix all remaining ingredients but the bread crumbs and butter. Add in the potatoes and mix.

Top with bread crumbs then drizzle the melted butter on top of it.

I made mine in the crock pot cooking on low for 6 hours. I did turn it down to warm partially before it was done.
You can cook as well in the oven on 350 for 30 minutes.
Eric and I really liked this one reminded me of baked potatoe soup if you ever had that. It was a big no no for me though I'm not suppose to have much ham. James didn't care for it but he don't like potatoes to well.

These sound really good -- I love anything with potatoes!
Sounds great, but, unfortunately the kid won't eat ham or pork so probably couldn't make this!

Sounds good. Never heard of anyone not liking taters.
I can't believe he don't like them either. Even when he was a baby he didn't like them.
This sounds like a good way to use up leftover ham after the holidays.
hmmm... yummy. But you know, my kids wouldn't eat any kind of potato when they were little - not even french fries!! Now they love them if I fry them with garlic salt!
delicious!!
