Today is the big zoo trip. Gilly and I are heading out in a few minutes, but I need to finish packing my bag first. I couldn't find my battery charger last night (not the good one, at least), so I only have 4 extra batteries right now, and they aren't even fully charged.
Blah! Ah well, I'll still get some decent photos. Just maybe not as many as I would otherwise have gotten. I'm guessing the 15 minute charger is in the car, but I couldn't find it last night. I used it on Wed in the car, though, so I'm hoping that's where it is.
Later, I'm taking Raegan to meet my aunt, and she's going to be gone for the weekend. We'll drop Gilly off on Sunday. Today is Nick's birthday, so we'll probably grill out, and have a cake later.

Happy birthday to Nick! Enjoy your day at the zoo. That sounds like such a fun trip! We are hoping to go to the D.C. zoo over the summer because it is free. I haven't been since I was little. Zachary went to one once with his grandparents but Amara and Jonas have never been.
