Angels and Demons

I went last night and saw this with my youngest. I liked it, the scenery was awesome..my other daughter saw it the other day ..called me up and asked if I wanted to go to Italy! (I really would like to go here and Ireland...connect with our hertitages).

This one deals with a reappearance of the Illuminati after hundreds of years underground. Someone is kidnapping and killing Cardinals in line for consideration of being the Pope.

The movie was good in my opinion. My daughter even asked me some questions afterwards. Tom Hanks was good in this, as was all the other actors..just a warning..there was some pretty graphic scenes.

I saw a preview for this. It looks like it would be good. Wow, to go to Italy! And Ireland, that would be so cool.

Thanks for the review donna! I probably won't get to see it until it comes out on PPV. I don't know if my 10 year old daughter could handle it and I never go to the movies without her!

I read the two books by Dan Brown, The DaVinci Code and Angels and Demons, which were very well-written. The subject matters were very interested and he seems to know some intimate church history facts.

I love Tom Hanks but not sure if I would have cast him as Langdon although he is good in the role.

One of my birthday treats is go see the new movie this weekend. Thanks for the heads up and your review.
